| Position 2: Accounts and Admin Clerk |

Requirements:
• Local education co. req accounts executive
• Preferably Polytechnic or LCCI Diploma in Accountancy and/or equivalent qualification
• Min 3 yrs experience
• IT literate and preferably familiar with accounting system software
Job Scopes:
1. Preparing sales invoices and payment receipts
2. Processing vendor invoices, payments, and expenditure payments
3. Perform day-to-day book-keeping work (AP/AR/GL handling)
4. Perform timely monthly accounts closing and reporting
5. Perform periodic reconciliation of banks statements, AR, AP and Inventory
6. Must be able to close full set of accounts
7. Stock Taking, Stock Reconciliation
8. Other clerical works
